Who We Are

Calibration Coaching is an organization founded by Michelle Deuz Calibration Coaching seeks to encourage and empower individuals to live out of their full God-given identity and purpose. Through personal one-on-one and group coaching, Calibration Coaching leads clients into gaining deeper insight into their identity, purpose, and destiny. Our unique Five Point Model guides the discovery process through each session culminating in a customized plan of action for clients to begin living a fully calibrated life.

What to Expect

We provide spiritual life coaching, which is a discovery journey into your identity and purpose. Utilizing our Five Point Model, we lead clients through a review of their circumstances, thoughts, feelings, actions, and results in order to facilitate the discovery process. Our end goal is to help clients come into alignment with their full identity, purpose, and destiny through strategies determined throughout the coaching process.

Each coaching option includes a session with our highly trained, extensively experienced Calibration Prophetic Team. These teams have honed their ability to hear God specifically concerning the identity and destiny of each client. We currently have Calibration Prophetic teams serving clients in the US, UK, and Southeast Asia.

Michelle Deuz

Michelle is a prophet with a strong pastoral gifting and years of experience as a prophetic trainer. Having stewarded a prophetic processing revelation for over a decade, Michelle is an invaluable resource to people looking to step into their destiny. 

Michelle is part of Prophetic Company at the Mission Church in Vacaville, CA, which she now calls her home church. Her prophetic coaching experience includes teaching and mentoring with Keith Ferrante at Emerging Prophets in Vacaville, CA, serving as a prophet and pastor at a church she called home, in Vallejo, CA for over 15 years, and leading individual sons and daughters to activate the call of God on their lives. Revealing and exposing divine strategies and wisdom within the prophetic is Michelle’s passion and anointing. This rare combination of prophet and pastor is vastly needed in the prophetic move of God within the body of Christ.

Robyn T. White

Robyn T. White is a Certified Life Coach that utilizes her gifts of wisdom, prophecy, and teaching to guide clients step-by-step in unearthing their rightful path, enabling them to live a quality life filled with ignited purpose, passion, and fulfillment. She has a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering and spent 15 years in the Chemical and Aerospace Industry. She leverages her extensive background within Corporate America in operations, consulting, and management and her personal experience to coach clients into their destiny. She currently lives in Phoenix, AZ and has a passion for seeing individuals discover and become who they were always meant to be.
